Grate Cover for V-Grill

Grate Cover is designed to cover the grate on the side opposite the cooking area, helping to retain heat on the side of the meat that is already cooked.
It attaches securely to the gratet, staying firmly in place in any position of the Cooking Grate. The 1 cm gap between the grate and the cover helps retain heat more effectively, resulting in more even cooking and a finish similar to direct-heat grilling.
In addition to its traditional use over the grill grate, the Grate Cover for V-Grill is fully compatible with the Skewer & Shawarma Accessory for V-Grill.
When used together with the removable frame, it helps concentrate heat and achieve more even cooking for skewers or shawarma.
