Pickup location: You can see and purchase our grills in Buenos Aires, in the Villa Crespo neighborhood, by appointment only from Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Just contact us and let us know you'd like to come — we’ll confirm the time and give you the exact address.
Shipping within Argentina: Shipping within Argentina is done via ViaCargo.
We can ship to a ViaCargo branch or directly to your home.
The approximate shipping cost to a branch is $12,000 to $18,000 ARS, and home delivery costs an additional $7,000–$8,000 ARS.
Shipping is paid separately upon receiving the package.

International shipping method: We ship internationally via FedEx to all countries worldwide.
Delivery time is 48–72 business hours.
We work with official FedEx partners, so we can offer you the best conditions for this shipping method. Shipping cost: The estimated cost ranges from 120 USD depending on the grill model and your country.

If the international shipping cost is not displayed during checkout, please select the option
"Fallback option if international shipping is not calculated", and we will calculate it manually for your country. Dispatch and tracking: Usually, orders are shipped the next day or two days after payment is received.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order on the FedEx website.
The order will be delivered by a courier to the address you provide. Customs duties: Please note that, depending on your country’s customs regulations, you may have to pay additional taxes.
The package is sent with a customs declaration, stating the product name, its actual value according to the website, and marked as "for personal use".
We recommend checking your country's customs rules in advance to be aware of any additional charges.

The shipping cost for multiple grills is calculated as the cost of several individual packages sent separately. This helps achieve the lowest shipping price.
The prices shown in the table are approximate. After we process your order, the final cost may vary slightly as shipping rates are updated daily.
Estimated shipping time by FedEx is up to 72 business hours (3 days) from the moment of dispatch. Note that customs offices are closed on weekends, so delivery time may be extended if your order coincides with a weekend.
