Thanks to its unique design, dripping fat never reaches the embers, significantly reducing smoke generation and creating a cleaner cooking experience.

Compact for Transport, Large for Cooking

Despite its large cooking capacity, the TriGrill Vertical MAX folds in seconds for easy transportation and storage.
Folded dimensions: 415 × 360 × 550 mm + 490 × 320 × 90 mm (3 Cooking Grates)
Unfolded dimensions: 860 × 740 × 550 mm
Recommended for use on a square table of at least 70 × 70 cm or a round table of at least 80 cm in diameter.
The complete unit weighs approximately 21 kg (46 lbs) (without the transport box) and is built entirely from high-quality stainless steel.

Large Cooking Surface

Includes:

• 3 adjustable Cooking Grates (490 × 320 mm)

• 1 upper Cooking Grate (330 × 300 mm)

The Cooking Grates can be installed at 4 different height levels (from 10 mm to 60 mm).
In addition, the Adjustable Support Frames allow you to move the Cooking Grates closer to or farther from the heat source for precise temperature control.
The angle of each Cooking Grate can also be adjusted to suit different foods and cooking styles.
Total cooking area: 960 × 490 mm + upper Cooking Grate.
Load capacity: approximately 5 kg (11 lbs) per Cooking Grate.

Multifunctional Hexagonal System

The central firebox features an exclusive triangular design.
When using charcoal or charcoal briquettes, we recommend installing the Hexagonal Central Module, which divides the firebox into three independent triangular chambers.
This allows you to:

• Reduce fuel consumption

• Improve thermal efficiency

• Utilize the center area for additional cooking methods

These features provide exceptional versatility and allow you to adapt the cooking process to different foods.
The Hexagonal Central Module can be installed or removed with a simple twist.
When using firewood, it is recommended to remove the module to take full advantage of the firebox capacity.
For faster and more efficient ignition, it is recommended to start the fire with charcoal or briquettes and then add firewood.

Hanging Cooking System

Inside the Hexagonal Central Module, you can install the Hanging Cooking System, designed to cook food suspended in the concentrated heat of the central chamber.
Hooks can be positioned:

• In the center

• Along the sides

• At different distances from the walls

This allows you to adapt the cooking process to different foods.

• Sausages

• Blood sausages

• Meat cuts

• Other hanging foods

Hexagonal Vegetable Basket

The Hexagonal Vegetable Basket allows vegetables to cook quickly and evenly inside the Hexagonal Central Module.
It consists of two removable halves for easier cleaning after use.
A specially designed Extraction Handle is included for safely removing the basket and the Hanging Cooking System.
The same tool can also be used to rotate the hooks during cooking.

Safe to Use on Tables

The TriGrill Vertical MAX can be placed on plastic or wooden tables when used together with a stainless steel table protector underneath.
Thanks to its ventilated design, the base temperature typically remains between 40°C and 50°C (104°F–122°F), helping protect the supporting surface.
