Skewer Accessory

The Skewer Accessory allows you to cook a wide variety of foods using skewers supported by a removable frame specifically designed for the TriGrill Vertical Pro.
The removable frame installs easily into the built-in slots of the foldable side supports, replacing the original grill grate support.
It features 9 adjustable positions, allowing you to move the frame closer to or farther from the central firebox to control heat intensity depending on the type of meat and your preferred doneness.
For more even cooking, you can also use the Grate Cover for TriGrill Vertical Pro cover to partially enclose the outer side of the frame, creating a more surrounding heat effect.

Shawarma Accessory

The Shawarma Accessory is designed for cooking with indirect heat, ideal for slow, even, and juicy results.

It includes a removable frame that installs into the same side slots of the grill, replacing the grate support.

The system includes:

• Vertical spit – 37 cm (14.6 in)

• Bottom disc – 10 cm diameter (3.9 in)

• Independent base for assembling the shawarma outside the grill

• Removable handle for easy placement, removal, and rotation during cooking

The removable frame offers 9 adjustable positions, allowing you to fine-tune the distance from the heat source.

Maximum shawarma height: 29 cm (11.4 in)

Grease Management

During cooking, fat drips into the removable tray included as standard with every TriGrill Vertical Pro.
You can install three accessories simultaneously (Skewer and/or Shawarma) in place of the side grates.
